    3. Vertical type winding machine features:

    Pit-type large transformer vertical winding machine. (The winding wheel can be rotated with stepless speed regulation, and the winding lift can be automatically lifted according to the winding touch screen).

    4. Each part features

    1. Winding clamping device: the tension of the winding coil is controlled by the pneumatic compression device, and the pneumatic pressure is controlled by the pressure valve. Pay-off rack device: vertical structure, the use of pneumatic brake control pay-off tension, and the whole platform automatically lifts.

    2. Compression device: provide a flexible flat cable vertical winding torsion device, panel rotation, according to coil winding, can be independent or automatic state (linkage) operation. Intelligent control of winding pitch and dial rotation, and preset winding pitch and turns. The counter has a power-off memory function (maximum 99999.9 RPM). Lifting operation has manual and linkage (automatic tracking) functions; The control is required to be accurate, reliable, error-free, and has the function of error accumulation and elimination. The automatic stop function can be set according to the number of coil turns or height. Automatic winding and reversal according to the set pitch parameters. With electronic, mechanical (host) counting function, the number of winding shows the number of winding, less than 0.1 turns / 10,000 turns, and the vertical speed can be displayed on the display.

    3. The use of a 4-axis discharge rack: the use of pneumatic braking, each pallet can be used independently, you can also choose to use multiple trays.

    4. Operation control system: PLC, touch screen control system, set high coil height, wire gauge, turns, number of segments on the touch screen interface, the device automatically saves data, completes a section to confirm the next section to continue winding, to ensure accurate lifting.  The motor is used to control the rotation of the main machine, and 10 tons of large tooth ring is used to control theRotating disc.

    5. Pit cover plate: adopts electric automatic opening and closing foot platform.

    6. Safety cover plate: diamond plate design, non-slip, safe. According to the diameter of the coil, by electric control, tap into the desired size range.
