Machine uses:

The high-voltage vertical winding machine for dry-type power transformers is a specialized winding equipment designed for the high-voltage coils (continuous and disc types) of dry-type power transformers. It is divided into pit-type and ground-type according to the installation method and is the core equipment for the manufacturing of large dry-type transformers.

 

Machine composition:

1. Base and Spindle System: Vertical spindle + coil plate/clamping mold, load capacity up to 10–25 tons, frequency conversion + servo drive, stepless speed adjustment from 0–10 rpm, coil plate height adjustable to accommodate different coil heights;

2. Tension and Wire Laying Unit: Magnetic tension/pneumatic tension control (accuracy up to 0.01 N), automatic wire laying + layer insulation synchronous feeding, preventing wire scratches and ensuring uniform interlayer spacing;

3. Electrical Control System: PLC + touch screen, supports program storage, forward and reverse counting, power failure memory, UPS protection; optional online monitoring (tension, speed, number of turns);

4. Safety and Auxiliary Devices: Retractable pit cover, guardrail, emergency stop circuit, cooling/dust removal system.
