Machine composition:

The transformer Wound Core Making Machine is a special equipment used to automatically wind silicon steel strips, amorphous alloy strips or CRGO strips into high-precision closed wound cores for distribution transformers, power transformers and instrument transformers.

TheWound Core Winding Machine for Transformer is equipped with the latest  Panasonic PLC system and WEINVIEW  touch screen to control the decoiler and core winder. The decoiler feeds the materials to core winder, the material through the guider unit, tension unit, then manually take the material into the slot on the mandrel, and then the motor drive the mandrel to wind materials into core, then manually welds the end  layer for the core, at  last, take out the core with mandrel together.
