Machine uses:

Single-layer foil winding machine is mainly used for winding low-voltage foil coils of power transformers. It can wind copper foil or aluminum foil into single-layer foil coils. It can also be used for winding foil coils of reactors and other electrical equipment.

Machine composition:

Tension-controlled single-layer foil winder consists of a foil unwinder, a layer insulation unwinding device, a winding machine, a welding device, a foil shearing device, and an electrical control system.
