    The dual-servo double-layer foil winding machine is a high-precision automated equipment designed specifically for the foil coil winding of electrical equipment such as transformers and reactors. Its core consists of two independent servo motors that drive the feeding, tensioning, and correction of the upper and lower layers of foil, respectively. Combined with a PLC, it achieves synchronous winding of the double-layer foil. Compared with traditional single-servo/frequency conversion foil winding machines, it has a qualitative leap in efficiency, accuracy, and stability, and is the core equipment for the large-scale production of medium and high voltage transformer coils.

    Machine composition:

    The CNC double servo foil winding machine is two independent servo motors that drive the feeding, tensioning, and correction of the upper and lower layers of foil respectively. All components work together to achieve synchronous winding of the double-layer foil. The overall structure can be divided into nine core units according to functional modules: dual unwinding unit, dual servo tension control unit, dual-path photoelectric correction unit, layer insulation/end insulation unwinding unit, dual servo winding spindle unit, foil cutting and automatic welding unit, PLC main control and touch screen operation unit, hydraulic and pneumatic auxiliary unit, machine frame and auxiliary guide unit.
